HubSpot Integration Setup

Connect your HubSpot CRM so Kritmatta agents can use live contact, company, and deal data in their workflows.

Requirements

  • An active Kritmatta account at app.kritmatta.com
  • A HubSpot account with permission to install and connect marketplace apps
  • Access to the Connections section in your Kritmatta workspace settings

Setup steps

Install from HubSpot Marketplace

Open the Kritmatta listing in the HubSpot Marketplace, click Install app, select the HubSpot portal you want to connect, and approve the requested permissions.

Log in to Kritmatta

Go to app.kritmatta.com/login and sign in to your workspace.

Open Connections

In the left sidebar, navigate to Connections. Find HubSpot in the list and click Connect.

Authorise the integration

Complete the HubSpot OAuth flow. You will be redirected back to Kritmatta automatically.

Confirm the connection

Return to Connections and verify that HubSpot shows as Connected.

Validate with an agent

Create or open an agent with HubSpot-enabled workflows. Run a task that fetches recent contacts, companies, or deals and confirm results appear in the agent output.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

HubSpot does not appear as Connected after I finish the flow.

Return to Connections, click Disconnect if visible, then reconnect. Make sure you approved all requested permissions during the OAuth step.

Data is missing or incomplete in agent output.

Verify that your HubSpot user account has access to Contacts, Companies, and Deals. Object-level permissions in HubSpot control what Kritmatta can read.

The authorisation step fails or redirects to an error page.

Retry the connect flow from Connections. If the issue persists, contact hello@kritmatta.com with a screenshot of the error.

Can Kritmatta write data back to HubSpot?

The current integration scope is read-only from HubSpot. Write capabilities are on the roadmap — reach out to hello@kritmatta.com to register your interest.

How do I disconnect HubSpot?

Go to Connections, select HubSpot, and click Disconnect. You can reconnect at any time. Reconnection is also required if your HubSpot session expires or permissions are updated.
